Terms of service

Visitor Fast is hosted website analytics. It records pageviews and events sent by our script or API, and payments reported by signed webhooks from providers you connect, and shows them in your workspace.

Keep your credentials and API tokens secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

• Track only websites you operate or are authorised to analyse.
• Do not send sensitive personal data (health, financial, government IDs) in URLs, event names or properties.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or bypass the security of the service.
• Do not resell the service without our written agreement.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and shows applicable taxes at checkout.

Plans include a monthly event allowance. If you exceed it, collection continues but reports may be paused until you upgrade. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See pricing.

You own the data you send to the service. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our privacy policy and data processing agreement. You can export it or delete a website, which deletes its events.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reports depend on what your site sends; blocked scripts and missing payment metadata reduce accuracy. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes to these terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your workspace data is deleted after a short grace period unless the law requires otherwise.
